6 zones of
hands-on fun!
What is it?
What families explored
Six hands-on experiments and a certificate at the end. Kids steer lightning across a plasma ball, bring back a message written in invisible ink, launch a canister rocket, fly a ghostcopter, sculpt bubbles that should not hold their shape and build a rubber band gun to fire – all of it guided by trained STEM facilitators. Best for curious kids between 3 and 15.

Why families love it
Made differently
Built by the STEM educators behind MakerMasti’s school and mall programmes — this is learning that never feels like a lesson.
- 1
Ages 3 to 15
Facilitators pitch each activity to the child in front of them, so a five-year-old and a twelve-year-old both leave having built something.
- 2
Run by STEM facilitators
Trained facilitators lead every station, with queue managers keeping the floor moving.
- 3
One Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM
Come at whichever hour suits you – you pick your 60-minute slot when you register, and the last one starts at 5 PM.
The wrap-up
How it went
On 11th October 2026, The Science of Wizards Fest was conducted at the Rustomjee Urban Woods project in Dombivli.
The event was planned, marketed, and executed by the MakerMasti team, and the entire experience was exceptionally well-organized. The team created a truly immersive and experiential setup, showcasing their professionalism, creativity, and execution capabilities.
A particularly commendable achievement was sourcing 300+ families and generating over 1,000 footfalls in just 8 days. This is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to the team’s dedication, expertise, and marketing efforts.
We are extremely happy with the overall event execution and the response received. Looking forward to many more such fabulous, engaging, and impactful activities together!
The Periodic Table of Fun
The zones families loved
Plasma Ball
Put a hand on the glass and the lightning follows it – static electricity you can steer.
Magic Writing
Write a message nobody can see, then bring it back with the right reaction.
Canister Rocket
Mix, cap, stand back – the fizzing builds pressure until the canister launches itself.
Ghostcopter
Build a flyer and find out what keeps it up, from the tilt of the blade to the drag behind it.
Wizardry Bubbles
Foam towers, square bubbles and bubbles inside bubbles – surface tension misbehaving.
Rubber Band Gun
Build your own and fire it: stored energy, elasticity and projectile motion in one go.
