Tree Finger Printing Activity
Children use their fingerprints to create colorful leaves on a tree drawing. This fun art activity helps them explore trees, forests, and the beauty of nature.
Your child learns how every tree supports a healthy environment.
The activity teaches clean air, biodiversity, and forest care in a simple creative way. It also builds responsibility towards protecting nature during Van Mahotsav.
Carbon Footprint Activity
Children learn the meaning of carbon footprint through simple examples, fun discussions, and daily-life activities that affect the environment.
Your child understands how small daily choices can help protect nature.
The activity encourages eco-friendly habits such as saving electricity, reducing waste, planting trees, and making sustainable choices to reduce pollution.
Know Your Plant
Children observe stomata on a leaf under a microscope and discover how plants breathe. This science activity introduces them to the hidden world of plant biology.
Your child learns how plants exchange gases and produce oxygen for life on Earth.
The activity builds curiosity, scientific thinking, and appreciation for nature. It also helps children understand why healthy forests are essential during Van Mahotsav.
Pet a Plant - Be a Nature Hero
Children plant a sapling in a small pot and learn how trees support our environment. This hands-on activity helps them connect with nature in a simple and joyful way.
Your child learns to care for a plant and become a little nature hero.
The activity teaches how plants provide oxygen, support wildlife, and keep our planet green. Each child also learns responsibility by watering and caring for their own sapling.
Ramp Walk
Children participate in a fun ramp walk, confidently walking the mini runway and enjoying their special moment in the spotlight.
The activity adds energy, charm, and family engagement to the store atmosphere.
While kids steal the show, parents naturally get time to explore the designs, craftsmanship, and overall collection showcased in the store.
My Pledge to Save Environment
Children write a personal pledge to protect forests on a leaf-shaped cutout. They then add their pledge leaf to a large community tree chart called the “Tree of Promises.”
Your child learns how small actions can make a big difference for nature.
The activity encourages environmental responsibility, teamwork, and a personal commitment to preserving forests in the true spirit of Van Mahotsav.
