When Engage More, an event agency, first approached us, the brief was straightforward: plan a family day activation for a single location in Hyderabad for their client, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. We crafted a proposal focused on fun, hands-on activities, and the client was so impressed by the initial concept that the project quickly expanded to four cities across India.

The Challenge

Our challenge was no longer a single event. It was a complex, multi-city project requiring us to replicate the same high standard of quality in diverse locations: Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam, and Aurangabad. The events also had to cater to a varied audience, including the primarily blue-collar workforce in some locations. The biggest test was logistics—ensuring seamless execution and a consistent experience while setting up in new territories.

Our plan was simple: leverage our core team’s expertise and supplement it with talented professionals from nearby locations to ensure on-ground excellence everywhere. The Execution

The success of the project was a testament to meticulous planning and flawless execution across all locations.

  • Hyderabad: The largest event took place at a Gachibowli indoor stadium. Amidst over 50 activities, our dedicated space was a highlight, drawing a massive crowd throughout the day.
  • Chandigarh: With a new local team to onboard, our co-founder, Harsha, personally traveled to the location and brought in additional members from our Delhi team to ensure the event was a resounding success.
  • Visakhapatnam & Aurangabad: These events for Dr. Reddy’s blue-collar workforce were a huge hit. To guarantee quality, we deployed experienced team members from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam and from Mumbai to Aurangabad, supplementing the local teams and delivering a top-tier experience.

Our activation area was a crowd-favorite, with popular activities like science-themed games, nail painting, and bangle decoration. Parents kept returning to our stations, and we successfully executed complex activities, like our “Science of Wizards” dry ice show, with absolutely no issues.
