Our journey to one of India’s busiest retail hubs began with a simple direct message (DM). We reached out to Mr. Naveen Sukhija, Mall Manager at Lulu Mall, Lucknow, outlining our unique vision for experiential education. Mr. Sukhija showed great interest and quickly connected us with Mrs. Pretty, the Marketing Manager, who became instrumental in driving the project forward. With Mrs. Pretty’s dedicated support, we were thrilled to bring the grand Lulu Science Fest to life.

The Lucknow Science Spectacle

The event was a phenomenal, nine-day spectacle with Robotics as the central theme, captivating the entire city of Lucknow. We transformed a portion of the mall into an interactive educational playground featuring:

  • Four High-Engagement Pavilions: Offering structured, hands-on science activities.
  • A Dedicated Workshop Area: Where visitors could participate in creating their own science take-aways.
  • Live Attractions: Including science-themed games and a crowd-favorite Dancing Robot.

Meticulous Planning and Outreach

The success of the fest was built on massive, targeted groundwork:

  • Dedicated Team: A team of trained performers stayed in Lucknow for an entire month to ensure seamless setup, local integration, and expert facilitation throughout the nine days.
  • Community Engagement: We reached out to more than 20 schools and numerous institutions across the city.
  • Massive Distribution: Our outreach efforts resulted in the distribution of well over 5,000 tickets, driving focused attendance and guaranteeing high-quality footfall from the desired educational segment.
